So glad im not working there anymoreI am appalled at wal-mart policies and the way they work, If by chance someone contacts me that would be great, I worked for a wal mart in oklahoma, for 7 months, when i was hired i was told i was full time, so i never worked less than 40 hours in a week, and cause we were so short handed i always had 50 60 and even 70 hours per week, then in july i was told again congrads your full time, well i thought i was already full time, I worked hard for wal mart, in november i was transfered to a different department cause of my disapproval of a lazzy department manager, insted of the problem being resolved i was moved, I didnt disaprove of my transfer, but i was being nosey before i transfered, and asked if i could see my hours for vacation and sick days, when they showed me on the computer they said Oh it looks like you were never full time, then why in the hell was i working 40+ hours if i was not full time, they said i didnt have any vacation or sick time at all, THEY LIED TO ME for there own benifet, then transfered me and cut my pay, and told me i would have to wait till next year nov for vacation or insurance, thats a bunch of bull, I have consided filing a suit for fraud by deception, i dont like being lied to, and whats great about this is i have my hire papers that prove i was hired as full time, and i was there long enough to qualify for quater bonus, This i know for a fact, they told me i didnt qualify, i may still consider filing suit, i worked hard for wal mart and got scrwed for my effort.

There is no reason that at a store level the managers do not fix obvious problems, and that on a corporate level the DM's aren't walking the floors with the SM's & ASM's to locate areas of improvement and concern. I was hired knowing that I would never have open availability due to the fact that I had and still have the same job. Sure, he said, "I've got 10 GE 6300 BTU air conditioners just came off the truck last night". they do this to him/her constantly and each time they have to go to management and that manager pushes the problem until its time for them to leave. IT SEEMS WE HAD MORE UN-PRODUCTIVE MANAGEMENT THAT WALKED AROUND DOING NOTHING THAN WE HAD CLERKS TO HELP DO ALL THE WORK.i was visiting my inlaws in huntington tn, so we decided to go to walmart to pick up a few things,we went to garden center to see if they had any thing on clearence in there they didnt have to much, my mother in law asked a worker who was in there if they had a certain kind of bulb she was mean and hateful, by the way the workers name was teresa. There is a closer Wal-mart in Suffern NY but I don't think headquarters knows about it... or it's not really a Wal-mart; someone just opened a store and put up a Wal-mart sign. she called the Manager, (Chris Shuburt) who did NOT come to the Electronic Department to see where the price was listed or to help solve the problem. WOW WALMART YOU SURE HAVE SOME CLASS ... GOOD THING I DIDN'T DROP THE DISPUTE .. YOU AND YOU PEOPLE ARE PROBABLY SITTING BACK LAUGHING BUT GUESS WHAT I AM THE ONE WHO WILL BE LAUGHING OH AND I WILL BE SURE TO LET THE BBB KNOW YOU CALLED!! I worked in 8 different stores but when i hit the last store i worked in i believed i was in hell. to get hired on to walmart and my store nuber 5088 and i would like for some one to do some thing for me! i also i have a sams clud membership due soon which i will not renew.......I have made multiple extra trips over the last 2 1/2 months in order to purchase Millstone coffee beans, that are priced per pound. If everyone wants to really send Walmart a message then spend your hard earned elsewhere and let them sit on their store loads of Chinese crap! LETS SEE NOW ..I AM TOLD I WAS NOT REFUNDED SINCE I HAD A DISPUTE FILED AGAINST YOU FOR THE CHARGES YOU REFUSED TO REFUND THAT WAS DUE TO ME AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CALL MY CARD COMPANY AND DROP THE DISPUTE AND YOUR COMPANY WOULD REFUND ME MY MONEY PLUS ANY INTEREST OCCURRED FROM THE CHARGE PLUS!!! Because the box was sealed when we bought it, Walmart refuses to take any responsibility for it and will not refund us nor allow us to exchange it for the correct stereo we thought we were buying in good faith. Unless these things are new added professional traits, which the last time I checked, they WERE NOT!!. i have tr\ied calling corporate 4 more times an still no answer.
