It has only been about 18 hours since they were installed...sounds like it could take up to 7 days.? The connection they give is very unstable, going from 30mbs download speed to dropping below 5mbs.Mine work great to clear up my dead spots.
It took a few days, so I think we're good! I waited the 7 days and still no devices were connecting to the pods. Some people said that you need at least 2-3 days for them to work correctly.At some parts of the house I’m getting nothing or 20-30Mbps and I’m looking to increase the network speed around the house.We have made changes to keep employees safe so response and call times may be longer than usual. The app allows you to add a descriptive name to help you monitor each xFi pod after installation. However, 10 feet away from this location I was previously getting about 130 Mbps and now it is also 38 Mbps. You asked if my modem was up. I installed my pods last Monday. Yes we are using the correct password. Call customer service and the tried updating the firmware but did not help. You asked for my name. Other factors can affect speeds. I have a tech coming out on Wednesday. Support did nothing. After setup, you can use the app for management of your home network.

Open the xFi app, tap More at the bottom of your screen then Add a Device. To determine the type of Gateway you have, check the make and model information located on the bottom of your device.
I guess I will try moving pods and possibly the gateway around to see if I can improve things. Nothing is connected to them.I'm having the same issue. Other restrictions apply. All 6 pods are active but show no connected devices, even when there is a device in that room and it’s pretty far to the gateway. The setup was very quick and easy. And today is Sunday and still no devices are connecting to the pods. Since then, though, whenever I check the status of the Pods through the xFi app, their status is that no devices are connected to any of them.

Place the first pod no more than about 15-20 feet from your gateway. Thanks for your question! I see it is taking 5-7 days for them to start working but this is a little crazy.
