Reviewed in the United Kingdom on December 17, 2015 The one thing that shocked me the most though is that while the entire book is dedicated to creating a more enjoyable and creative space at work the company was completely blind (or unwilling to acknowledge) the deeply sexist attitude starting with John Lasseter who eventually had to leave the company because of the sexual assault cases. I am not a great fan of books written about a great company / companies. Thanks Mike for giving us such a great stories. We live,always with the fear of our mistakes being at centre stage, Creativity inc provided a great lesson for how managers and leaders can provide an environment that diminishes employee fears, allowing them to be more creative and innovative. You will not be able to put it down once you start reading it. Being an animator and a huge fan of Pixar I wanted to know more about their story and I am so glad I decided to read this book.
