Telus offers you protection out of 6 Customer Monitoring Centers that are available round the clock, all through the year guaranteeing you a quick and instant response in case of emergencies. It is expensive if you go over your data. Understood.
Over all, I would not recommend fibre, it isn't that great and the fact that we can't connect to wifi would have made us say no to it.I moved into a new building that was offering 1 year free internet service with Telus. Have you tried Shaw? I finally had enough of them a few months ago and got the telus ZTE smart hub. Nothing got better. It was 36Mbps, which I'm ok with (if I were allowed service for the Smart Hub). Get trending consumer news and recalls I got one last week after 6 months of fighting with the home service that kept cutting in and out.
He’s awesome! That man needs a damn raise!! I have talked to tech support many times and they have admitted it was oversold in my area(just west of Stony Plain). Xplornet was $110 a month with terrible speeds! I told her I have a cell phone (actually a flip phone) that I only use for emergencies. I really wish I got his name. If you have Telus Rural Wireless Internet - Use the ZTE Login to the Smart Hub and use the system status to aim the antenna in the direction of the tower. Trying to log into anything is a nightmare. So that's why you get all these mixed answers! We stream lots with Apple TV and Netflix I have no Data usage problems. Bragg Creek is an eligible area. Telus tells me (probably BS) that they only sell so many per tower so the towers don't get overloaded. Once they also sent over somebody to work on my Wifi at my house and they tried to convince me that it would help improve it by doing a few little useless things. 33/34 months.
