Very pleasant staff.Food is very bland. Anytime I am in town I have to stop by for the Immune Boost Juice (I swear this stuff kept me healthy all summer) and the sweet potato brownie. Away from the city centre area, but if you have a car, not an issue. Would definitely come back here again.We stopped here for lunch and everything was fantastic.

Just pure flavour. I will definitely make a point of coming here whenever I am in this neck of the woods for paddling.When traveling it is so hard to find a place when you have food allergies. Staff and owner also very bland. Wonderful spot for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed a most delightful lunch.
Vegetarian too - which, even though I'm a carnivore...I still find Soul Sistas to be a favourite for lunch.
