Self Service: changing your data This is where you can change some of the personal details we hold about you like your address, email address or phone number. Your Self Service (formerly myHR) provides a self-service platform that allows staff members to control their personal records, book leave and training, claim expenses and view payslips, and manage direct reports. When you have completed your University registration for the new academic year, following the opening of University registration on 1 September, the enrolment certificate will be available to you.
