But I’ve always enjoyed working my way through Salesforce and making presentations with dashboards and helping teammates make reports and problem solving.I’ve looked into the different Admin roles and how to get certified and what to study, but I just wanted to see if anybody’s been in my shoes going from sales to an Admin role or if anybody has some good insight on if my experience is helpful enough to land an Admin job somewhere once certified.
