A useful book to refer to for healthy quick recipes and an excellent exercise routine - I am of the older generation watching my weight and sugar intake in balance with exercise and I found this book is very useful for reference and ideas.

I’ve bought the next 2 books and am now looking forward to completing the 30 days and moving onto the next stage. We’re 19 days in and can honestly say we’ve enjoyed everything so far. Dropped a dress size in the first month! Our most used recipe book ever! I have all of Joe's books and 90% of our family meals come from these books, there are some really fantastic dishes in here.
