There is a parking deck built into the hotel where you can pay to park a car, but there's really no need to drive when so many restaurants and businesses are within walking distance of the hotel. Not a bad walk to the French market and bourbon street. Also you can leave your car here when you go on a cruise. Our entire team has been notified of your feedback and will use the information to move forward in a positive light. I thought I did better research though or maybe I was just over estimating what my feet can handle, but it was a little too far for walking to the french quarter. The staff was really nice though. The musical theme continues inside the hotel as well. They couldn't have been too busy at the time because it was like 8 or 9 pm. Our location is in the Downtown Central Business District, mere blocks from the French Quarter, and one mile from the Mississippi River. The ceiling tiles outside our room fell in on the first night we were there and they decided to get the shop vac out and clean it early the next morning.
